  • What’s happening in October 2010 with Christopher Musulin? In October, Mr. Musulin will be speaking at the Joint Burlington County and Camden County Family Law Committee Serminar on the topic of “Recent Case Law – Arbitration after Fawzy – Recent developments or issues to be aware of.”

  • What's happening in June 2010 with Christopher Musulin? On June 5, 2010, Christopher Musulin was recognized as an AAML-Certified Arbitrator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. For litigants who opt for a Family Law Arbitrator to decide their family law matter rather than going to court, arbitration is another form of alternative dispute resolution, and has recently been expanded by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a method to resolve disputes regarding custody, visitation and child support.

  • What's happening in May 2010 with Christopher Musulin? Mr. Musulin is helping to organize a joint meeting of the Burlington County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Association, and the Gloucester County Bar Association family law committees in May 2010. At the meeting he will be speaking about Matrimonial Arbitration.
